Best bistronomic restaurants in Playa Blanca
1. Restaurant Hotel Kamezi Villas
Adjacent to the Villas Kamezi, a luxury establishment in Playa Blanca, we enjoyed a very poetic moment in the hotel’s restaurant. Our gourmet meal with local notes and colors literally awakened our taste buds. The chef and his team’s market cuisine between land and sea is a real tribute to your senses and to Lanzarote’s special characteristics.
These characterful dishes are created using fresh produce from the island’s volcanic soil and the Atlantic Ocean. Whether you prefer seafood (salmon, squid, mackerel, moray eel or prawns) or meat (game, poultry), the 2 menu options will delight your taste buds! The Bernegal menu is served in 14 courses and the Ganigo menu in 12 courses. It’s a real invitation to travel through the plates.
On the drinks front, sip one of our homemade cocktails. Spicy margarita with ginger syrup or Bloody Kamezi with Lanzarote tomato juice, you’ll be surprised by the combination of traditional cocktails and the mixologist’s refined personalized touch.
