Why stay there?
In our opinion, this hotel is an excellent option for those looking for a sunny, luxury family break. In fact, we’ve listed it among the best hotels in Fuerteventura for families. Here are its main assets:
- Apartment with private terrace and jacuzzi: our stay was exceptional thanks to our particularly well-equipped terrace (2 deckchairs, a beautiful jacuzzi…), which is not overlooked and opens onto a garden with a sea view.
- Quiet location with sea view: this is probably the quietest hotel in the complex. It doesn’t directly overlook the beach, which can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.
- Barceló complex facilities and activities: guests of this hotel enjoy all the services and facilities of the hotel complex, including a thalasso center and a kids’ club.

Is it worth it? Our review
We had an excellent stay at this hotel in Caleta de Fuste. Our room was spacious and we particularly appreciated its terrace with private Jacuzzi. The sports facilities and activities allow you to enjoy yourself if you wish, while benefiting from a calm environment. The restaurant was also very good. In our opinion, this is one of the best hotels in Caleta de Fuste.
Decoration and atmosphere
This hotel offers a warm, luxurious holiday atmosphere. The decor is contemporary and cosy, with soft colors and elegant furnishings. The common areas are bright and inviting, with comfortable, rounded armchairs.
The outdoor spaces are magnificent and invite you to relax. There’s plenty of furniture around the pool, with sun loungers, parasols and wooden sunbeds. The decor features natural materials such as wood and rattan.
HAVE FUN WITH THESE activities
- Dolphin watching
- Boat to Lobos Island
- Buggy tour
- But also; surfing lessons, 4WD tour in Cofete, windsurfing, scuba diving…
The room
Our room was contemporary, cosy and sober. We particularly liked the rattan furniture, which harmonized perfectly with the slightly bluish hues of the walls. Our bed was very comfortable.
The lounge table could seat up to 4 people. In the room we found amenities such as 2 bottles of water, a cereal bar, coffee, sugar, a coffee machine, 4 glasses, 4 cups, a kettle, a minibar and an ironing board. The colorful paddles were a real invitation to travel!
The lounge area was pleasant, with a soft sofa, subdued lighting, a small, ergonomic coffee table and the fact that the main TV was integrated into the wall so as not to lose any space. We had plenty of light thanks to access to the splendid, well-equipped terrace, with its Jacuzzi and view of the garden and sea.

The bathroom
The bathroom was quite narrow with a small shower cubicle and toilet. The bathroom cabinet was not separated from the rest of the room, which can be unsettling for some people.
We had dental and beauty sets, 2 bathrobes with slippers, and hygiene products from The Lab Room.
The breakfast
Breakfast is a varied and delicious buffet, served from 8am to 10:30am. We could pick up a few local products such as churros and tortillas, and had a wide choice of sweet and savory items. You’ll find pastries, fruit, yoghurts, fruit juices, cereals, pancakes, eggs, cheeses, salmon and a wide variety of breads.
We found it very pleasant to have breakfast on the restaurant terrace overlooking the harbour!
Swimming pool and beach
The hotel has 2 swimming pools, one heated outdoor pool for adults and one for children. Although the shape of the main pool makes it unsuitable for swimming laps, you can take advantage of the complex’s other pools.
With no direct access to the beach, this hotel offers guests a quieter environment. However, the wide Caleta de Fuste beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and its gentle slope into the water is ideal for children. The establishment offers beautiful sea views, both from the common areas and from the apartments.
Equipment and common areas
The facility includes play areas. The resort features a shared spa center with a jet pool and 5 massage rooms. This thalasso also boasts a gym with a sea view and a host of cardio and weight-training equipment.
There are also numerous sports facilities, including padel courts, soccer pitches, basketball courts and mini-golf.
The restoration
The Royal Level Pool Bar is located next to the swimming pool. It features designer chairs and bar tables.
We found the El Ancla buffet restaurant very good. It offers international cuisine with hot and cold dishes. Overlooking the harbor, with parquet flooring and wooden beams, the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Dinner is served from 7pm to 10pm.
