- A small car is all you need.
- But you can also choose a larger one if you wish, as the parking spaces are rather large.

Why stay there?
Truly exceptional. Our stay was a true source of pleasure: from the infinity pool to the tropical gardens, from the warm, elegant decor to the breathtaking sea views and the beachfront location (right next to Playa del Carmen’s main beach), not to mention the attentive staff…
This hotel lives up to its reputation. From the moment we arrived, we immediately felt at home, surrounded by palm trees and enchanting scenery.
The infinity pool in particular caught our eye, creating the perfect place to relax after our island explorations(all our excursion ideas here). The generous buffets also did their part to recharge our batteries.

- Our opinion: Ideal for couples with a special occasion, looking for peace and quiet and the beach (but not ideal if you plan to have a car).
Why stay there?
Unparalleled refinement. As a small boutique hotel structure, the team is able to provide a truly personalized service to each and every guest.
The rooms, sublime and bathed in light, exude a modern ambience. White predominates, creating a dazzling atmosphere.
We were also delighted by the view from the restaurant to the small beach nestling at the foot of the building.
Located in the heart of the city, this charming, small hotel offers a remarkable central location!

- Our opinion: Ideal for those who want lots of activities, but not for those who can’t stand crowds (very large hotel).
Why stay there?
We had a very pleasant experience at this resort. Nestled just a few steps from the beach, we were treated to a splendid view of the ocean. The quality of our services was outstanding.
We were seduced by the view from every corner of the hotel: from the rooms, from the pools, from the seafront promenade. It’s simply beautiful.
And if you’re looking for a resort with every imaginable amenity, this is the best option in Playa Blanca.

- Our verdict: ideal for couples looking for relaxation (but no direct access to a beach).
Why stay there?
This hotel was one of our favorites in Lanzarote.
It offered us a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean, with the Castillo in the foreground, which is one of its main attractions.
We were particularly taken by the large outdoor swimming pool and, even more so, by the cocooning atmosphere it provides: its uncluttered decor highlights the magnificent landscape. As soon as we arrived, a feeling of serenity came over us.

5. Hotel Kamezi Villas

- Our verdict: ideal for a compromise between hotel and villa.
Why stay there?
Another of our favorites.
The Kamezi villas won us over with their refinement and sumptuousness, enhanced by a private pool, natural materials and soothing hues.
What’s more, the sea-view bar was simply ideal, and our evening in the gourmet restaurant, where we enjoyed local produce and revisited Canarian dishes, remains etched in our memories.
The entire team took great care to ensure that we had an excellent stay.

Villas feature private pools with a small garden. It’s very pleasant.
This hotel enjoys a privileged seafront location, with direct access to Playa de Montaña Roja (6-minute walk), a white sand and pebble beach. All you need to do to reach the beach is follow the seawall path from the establishment.

Why stay there?
Calm, comfort and elegance… these words sum up this hotel perfectly. The establishment exudes a refined beauty, with modern decor and spaces adorned with delightful succulents.
Seats and loungers are cleverly arranged, allowing everyone to enjoy their own corner of tranquillity.
We chose to pay for a superior category room, to enjoy an unobstructed view of the sea. Lounging on the comfortable armchairs on our terrace, contemplating the gentle disappearance of daylight, proved to be a most pleasant experience.
This hotel emphasizes its relaxing atmosphere, and we couldn’t agree more!

- Our opinion: Ideal for everyone, especially if you want a car to explore, but need to walk to the beach.
Why stay there?
From the moment we entered the hotel, we were captivated by the architecture and layout. We were immediately taken with the design’s harmonious blend of brown and chestnut shades, typical of the Canary Islands, with touches of greenery.
The pools, offering a pleasant sense of space thanks to the absence of imposing buildings nearby, instilled an atmosphere of relaxation.
The bar, with its well-thought-out alcoves, was a real coup de coeur for us.

Another small, stylish luxury hotel in Puerto del Carmen, this time located near the port.
Once again, service and design stand out as exceptional.
This is an elegant oasis with splendid sea views. Its renown also stems from its Biosphere Responsible Tourism certification.
Here, no traditional white dominates, but a judicious use of metallic surfaces that act as mirrors, reflecting the beauty of the island of Lanzarote.

- Our verdict: a good resort with plenty of activities, for those not looking for a busy city.
Puerto Calero is just a 10-minute drive from the port of Puerto del Carmen.
It’s sometimes referred to as another district of Puerto del Carmen.
There’s also a 5-star hotel.
Why stay there?
This adults-only establishment offers a luxurious experience in a unique setting on the island of Lanzarote. In our opinion, these are its main assets:
- Facilities: the hotel offers a wide range of services to meet all guests’ needs: 4 heated outdoor pools, a spa area, a fully-equipped gym, 6 restaurants, bars and other leisure facilities. We found the establishment to be very comprehensive. We highly recommend a stay here!
- Decoration: the hotel is tastefully decorated and offers a warm, relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are luxurious and equipped with all the comforts you need to feel good. We really liked the vegetation on the site. Exotic plants seemed to have taken over the outdoors!

- Our verdict: perfect for families!
Why stay there?
This hotel enjoys an undisputed reputation among families in Lanzarote. It offers a variety of activities for all ages, thanks to its dedicated clubs (for under-4s, 4-8s and over-8s) which include treasure hunts, theater performances, face painting, an indoor soccer pitch, and a waterslide.
However, beyond these child-friendly features, we greatly appreciated the tiered architecture, the presence of the castillo at the heart of the white buildings, and the spaciousness of the rooms.

Why stay there?
Another excellent hotel in Playa Blanca.
At Iberostar, we have a soft spot for the Star Prestige category rooms, as they allow you to enjoy special pools, often of great beauty.
The special feature of this hotel is its location perfectly opposite the sea, forming a graceful curve. Nothing stands in the way of panoramic views towards Fuerteventura and the island of Lobos.
We were won over by the spacious rooms and generous buffets.
